- Its changes are suggestions. Check the clean file before you rely on it.
- Upload only data you are allowed to use, and don't try to overload or break the service.
The service
Naqqi, by AnaFiles, cleans bank and accounting exports: it repairs text, turns text into numbers and dates, removes rows that are not transactions, and lays out debit and credit. It is offered free of charge during a beta period, without an account. We may change it, limit it, pause it or end it at any time. If we introduce accounts or paid plans, we will announce it on the home page before it applies.
Changes are suggestions
The cleaning is automatic. It can misread a column, read a date with day and month the wrong way round, remove a row that mattered or keep one that didn't, especially in unusual files. Every change is listed so you can check it, and the original rows are kept in the Excel file. The clean file is a suggestion for a qualified person to review. It is not accounting, audit, tax or legal advice.
Your files
Your files stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to clean them for you, as described in the privacy page. You confirm that you are allowed to upload them.
Fair use
To keep the tool free and fast for everyone, there are limits on file size, rows per table and uses per hour and per day, and a clean is stopped if it runs too long. Don't try to get around the limits, run automated or bulk requests, probe for weaknesses, or upload anything harmful.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, AnaFiles is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on its results, including lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws named by AnaFiles in a future update of this page. Until then, the law of the place where AnaFiles is established applies.
